Colossal is me, Gareth B. Davies, an AI Adoption Coach in Wellington, New Zealand. I've run my own agency since 2007 and coached people one to one since 2010, more than 12,000 hours of it. That includes over 600 people inside the largest AI accelerator, so I know what it's like when everything waits on you.
These days I help small business owners keep the work they love and hand off the parts they keep repeating. One job per session: I draw out how you handle it, and we build what handles it your way on the call.

- Everything gets built in the session, with you, and works before the call ends. Nothing left as homework.

- We count how often a job lands on you before we start and again at the end, so you see the difference in numbers.
- Your tools first
- We build with the software you already have. Often that means a checklist or a template, with AI only where it helps.
