I ask how you handle it. The know-how lives in your head, so that is where we start.

A checklist, a template, or AI drafting in your voice for you to approve, using the tools you already have. It works before the call ends, with nothing left as homework.
5.Count it again
Same count at the end, so you see in numbers how much less lands on you.
